Our traditional Norwegian sweaters (Genser), are authentic and imported directly from the knitting factory in Romsdal, Norway. Each sweater is knit by Norwegian artisans, using pure Norwegian wool which shorn from ancient breeds of Norwegian sheep. The wool is washed, carded and spun in the Rauma factory, a family owned wool and spinning company. The designs are all traditional Norwegian designs, popularised many decades ago.
These traditional jumpers soften with each wash. They are cosy and very, very warm. The natural wool forms a 'halo' as they age, trapping air for extra warmth and protection against wind. They are intended as outer garments, not to be worn next to the skin.
Fibre Content: 100% Norwegian Wool
Care Instructions: Hand wash in lukewarm water, rinse with clear water. Press water out with a towel, do not ring. Leave to dry flat.
